Our goal is to provide an all-in-one studio experience, that will allow clients to work in and work out in a single session. Buddha Fitness is about improvement and balance, helping every individual align with their highest potential.

75m Small Group Training Experience

Starting the experience with a pure strength training session, moving into a pure cardio session and finishing with an ideal mindfulness session (yoga / meditation / other) with a separate space to maximize mind altering, clients will feel a completeness and wholesomeness that will trigger BETTER!
